10x Genomics Visum Spatial Transcriptome Calculator
This calculator will help determine the amount of reads required to achieve necessary read depth on a Visium Spatial project.
The sequencing parameters and number of cycles required for the different single cell applications can be found on the core's 10x Genomic page.
Assumptions used in calculations:
- NovaSeq X flow cell (lane) = 1.25 billion paired reads
- 10x Genomics recommended minimum sequence depth of 550 million read pairs per fully-covered capture area.
