The Genomics Technology Core provides services for the integrity check of total RNA and fragment sizing of NGS libraries. The Agilent Fragment Analyzer provides a 96 sample automated throughput. The instrument combines electrophoresis, staining, imaging, band detection, and analysis into a single workflow.
Qubit assay services for determining the concentration of NGS library (double-stranded DNA) or RNA samples are also available.
Samples are to be submitted with a DNA/RNA Authorization Form. The form is available and can be filled out at the time of submission. Required is a MO code for billing.
Samples may be submitted any time during normal business hours. You may consider sending an email to the Genomics Core to schedule a time to ensure someone is available to recieve samples.
